Dr. Keith Kelley

Keith is a native of Texas but spent seven and a half years in Rome, Georgia before joining the Macedonia team in September 2012.
He has a B.S. degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, a MACE from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a D.Min from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dr. Kelley is passionate about preaching the Gospel and encouraging others to say “yes to Jesus” with their lives.
He enjoys playing golf, spending time with wife and son, Celeste and Kaleb, and eating good food.

J.P. joined the Macedonia family in December 2001, and began serving as Minister of Administration in May 2015.
J.P. graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a teaching certificate in Secondary English.
He enjoys turkey hunting, fishing, golfing, sports cars, and most of all spending time with his wife, Kristi, and five children: Alex, Trey, Libby, Neely, and Nya.

Mel joined the MAC staff in August of 2017. He oversees and directs the Worship Arts Team. He is responsible for vocal teams, choirs, instruments, dramas, A/V and lighting teams.
Mel has served in ministry for over twenty years leading worship for crusades, conferences, revivals and student events. His passion is to lead authentic worship and influence others to follow Christ.
Mel married his best friend Sandy and they have two sons, Dallas and Gavin. He loves hanging out with his family, watching movies, playing golf and UGA football.

John began serving on staff at Macedonia in 1985, serving as Minister of Bus and Children’s Worship. His role transitioned to Minister of Missions in 1997, and more recently has changed to Minister of Pastoral Care, with continued involvement in missions. John is responsible for visiting hospitals, ministering to our shut-ins and the special needs of our members. he is also involved in coordinating missions efforts locally and around the world.
He graduated with a B.A. in Biblical Studies from The Criswell College.
Bro. John is married to Rita. They have two sons, one grandson, and three great-grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family, motorcycling, gardening, and fishing.

Lance joined the Macedonia ministry team in March 2017. He has been in the East Texas area his entire life and has served in the area as a student minister since 2005.
Lance graduated from East Texas Baptist University in 2007 with his Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies.
Lance is married to his high school sweetheart Summer, and they have three kids: Rylan, Lynli, and Kipley. He enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, and going to the beach any chance he gets.

Katie began serving at Macedonia in September of 2017. She has over 5 years of experience in children’s ministry and worked 4 summers with CentriKid Camps.
A native of Tampa, FL and a graduate of the University of South Florida, Katie is working on finishing her Masters in Christian Education from Southern Seminary. Katie leads all children’s activities for ages 0 years to 5th grade and has a desire to see kids not only know about God, but have a personal, life transforming relationship with Him.
Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.

Cheryl has served as Pastor’s / Financial secretary since 1998. She has served as a ministry assistant for 26 years.
She is married to Gary and they have two grown children and 5 beautiful grandchildren.
One of Cheryl’s greatest joys is spending time with family, especially the grandchildren.

Terri joined the Macedonia Team in May 2017 as Secretary. She currently serves as receptionist and assists the staff with projects and policies. She is also responsible for the weekly bulletin and church-wide prayer requests.
Terri and her husband, Gary, joined Macedonia in 2014. They have one grown daughter and two awesome grandchildren who keep them busy. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling and being outdoors whenever possible.
Building and Grounds
Don has served at Macedonia since 1998 and is a very active member of the Macedonia Chainsaw Team which aids individuals in need both locally and nationally when emergencies arise.
He considers the Macedonia Chainsaw Team his hobby and not just his ministry because it gives him such enjoyment. The thing he loves the most, though, is his grandson and spending time with him.
