Meet Our Staff
Keith is a native of Texas but spent seven and a half years in Rome, Georgia before joining the Macedonia team in September 2012.
He has a B.S. degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, a MACE from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a D.Min from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dr. Kelley is passionate about preaching the Gospel and encouraging others to say “yes to Jesus” with their lives.
He enjoys playing golf, spending time with wife and son, Celeste and Kaleb, and eating good food.
J.P. joined the Macedonia family in December 2001, and began serving as Minister of Administration in May 2015.
J.P. graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a teaching certificate in Secondary English.
He enjoys turkey hunting, fishing, golfing, sports cars, and most of all spending time with his wife, Kristi, and five children: Alex, Trey, Libby, Neely, and Nya.
John began serving on staff at Macedonia in 1985, serving as Minister of Bus and Children’s Worship. His role transitioned to Minister of Missions in 1997, and more recently has changed to Minister of Pastoral Care, with continued involvement in missions. John is responsible for visiting hospitals, ministering to our shut-ins and the special needs of our members. he is also involved in coordinating missions efforts locally and around the world.
He graduated with a B.A. in Biblical Studies from The Criswell College.
Bro. John is married to Rita. They have two sons, one grandson, and three great-grandchildren.
He enjoys spending time with his family, motorcycling, gardening, and fishing.
Cheryl has served as Pastor’s / Financial secretary since 1998. She has served as a ministry assistant for 21 years.
She is married to Gary and they have two grown children and 4 beautiful grandchildren.
One of Cheryl’s greatest joys is seeing her children as parents now raising their children. She also enjoys spending time with family.
Jackie joined the Macedonia Team in June, 2011 as Secretary. She currently serves as receptionist and assists the staff with projects and policies. She is also responsible for the weekly bulletin and church-wide prayer requests.
Jackie and her husband, Rocky, joined Macedonia in 1985 and their love for MBC has grown sweeter each year. They have two daughters and six precious grandchildren.
Building and Grounds
Don has served at Macedonia since 1998 and is a very active member of the Macedonia Chainsaw Team which aids individuals in need both locally and nationally when emergencies arise.
He considers the Macedonia Chainsaw Team his hobby and not just his ministry because it gives him such enjoyment. The thing he loves the most, though, is his grandson and spending time with him.
